Shipping Policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Here’s what happens from the moment you click “Buy” to the day your order lands on your doorstep — including how we process orders, ship them, and handle anything that doesn’t go as planned.

Order Processing

We aim to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders are picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days. We count business days as Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

If you place an order after our daily cutoff time, or over the weekend or on a holiday, processing starts on the next business day. You’ll get an order confirmation email right away, then a follow‑up with tracking details once your package ships.

Sometimes an order can be split into more than one shipment because they may be sent directly from our manufacturer partners or from our own warehouse. If we need to split an order into multiple shipments, you’ll get tracking info for each shipment. Those shipments may arrive on different days as well.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We offer free standard UPS Ground shipping on orders over $100 to the continental U.S.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, package weight/dimensions, item quantity, and the delivery speed you choose. If free shipping applies to your order, expedited shipping options will be offered at a discounted rate, which is the ordinary cost of the expedited shipping option minus the ordinary cost of the standard UPS Ground shipping.

International orders are charged shipping based on destination and package details.

Where Do We Ship Internationally?

We ship internationally to the following countries:

If your country is not on this list but you wish to place an order, please contact us by email to support@gearpulseshop.com and we will try to assist you.

Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, here’s what to expect for transit:

UPS Ground / Free Shipping (if applicable) – shipments in U.S.: usually 3-5 business days in transit after processing.
FedEx Home Delivery – shipments in U.S.: usually 1-5 business days in transit after processing.
FedEx Express Saver– shipments in U.S.: 3 business days in transit after processing.
FedEx Ground – shipments to Canada: 7 business days
UPS Standard – shipments to Canada: 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express International – all International shipments: 3-5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, your location, and factors outside our control (weather, carrier delays, customs, etc.). If your order ships in multiple packages, they may arrive on different schedules.

International buyers: import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are determined by your country and are your responsibility. They are not included in the item price or shipping charge, and international deliveries generally take longer than domestic ones.

Carriers and Tracking

We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the most reliable option for your package and destination.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor progress. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking status to start updating in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once a package is with the carrier, we can’t reroute it. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, additional reshipment fees may apply.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it leaves our facility.

We pack every order to withstand normal shipping handling. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of any damage. We’ll coordinate with you and the carrier to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need a different size or simply change your mind, our Return Policy outlines how to return unused items in original condition.

Not sure which size to order? Use the helmet size calculator located on every helmet product page — just click the button “Find My Size” on the page and you’ll see the calculator pop-up. Just enter your measurements in inches or centimeters and we’ll tell you the right size. Note that this sizing can vary from one style of helmet to another. Be sure to use the “Find My Size” calculator on the product page for the helmet you’re interested in purchasing to be sure you get the right sizing for that helmet!

Questions About Your Order?

We’re happy to help before or after you buy. Reach out by email, or via the Support Portal if you are logged-in as a customer. If you’re unsure about shipping times, costs, or address details, ask first — it’s often faster than fixing something after the fact.

But please submit your request via our Support portal and if made soon enough we may be able to process your cancellation without an issue, but there are no guarantees.

Helmets & Safety Equipment

The items we offer—including helmets, shields, and protective gear—are classified as safety equipment. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, and fitment guidance for any product you buy. It is your responsibility to choose the correct size, model, and compatible components for your intended use.

Safety certifications such as DOT, ECE, or Snell are granted by the manufacturer and the relevant certifying organisation, not by Gear Pulse.

No helmet or piece of protective gear can prevent every injury or guarantee protection in all crashes or impacts.

Any helmet that has experienced an impact should be replaced, even if there is no visible damage.

Fitting an incorrect or incompatible shield, liner, or replacement part can reduce a helmet’s protective performance. If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your model, contact us before placing your order.

Our sizing charts and size calculator are provided for general guidance only; their accuracy depends on you taking precise measurements according to the instructions. Final fitment and suitability remain your responsibility, in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations.itment and suitability are your responsibility, following the manufacturer’s guidance.
